1 what igntion system does your bike have
2 when exactly does it crap out
3 did you read the whole post as banging and backfireing can be caused for several reasons my bike just
died while rideing 60 mph ounce it warmed up it was engine temp related after a few mins,it would restart and run but only at low rpm. it continued to get worse untill it would only run to 3200 rpm. i went through a detailed inspection.fuel filters,lines,tank filter,carb filter,swapped out known good coils & igntion box

please try to give a detailed discription of what your bike is doing.there is a lot of experence & skilled guys on this site that are willing to help.
