Always keep your discs clean first learn how to bleed the lines properly its easier to get a mate to take off the handlebar so as to hold master cylinder level obviously as its on a slant and will always slip past the hole in there. When youre going to do this next you could fit some e.b.c sintered supersport pads.[not the supersort bike but the race series remember? sintered are good in the wet weather take it from me ex despatch rider.desmodave. |

Post subject: | brake pads in the rain |
I installed a set of Galfer Green pads. They had a wonderful feel in the dry, nice and progressive. But in the rain, they were horrible. I dragged the front brake to clean them off, and it still was horrible. Next day when it was dry, they worked beautifully again. I switched to EBC HH. They hit harder, and don't go away in the rain. |
