I'm almost done getting my 88 limited gone thru. but I'm not sure about the front axle parts. I was missing the front axle washer (right side) I have machined a replacement, but the parts book shows 2 different parts as part of the speedo drive, is the second part another washer??? it looks like it in the parts illustration but doesnt mention it in the maint manual description. also the maint manual says the torque is 50 ft lbs for the axle(seems like alot), will that crush the speedo drive??? any help would be appreciated. John

I look for this problem too, but the other piece of speedo drive no exist, in fact this part on the table have not a number. Besides, the space between brake rotor and brake caliper on right/left side is exact without any other spacer. 50 ft/lbs not crush the speedo drive because inside part of it is a distance piece.
