Does anyone know where I can find a good description of how to adjust valves on the early Paso 750 that does not have the removable clips on the rocker arm shafts? I was told the pasos with the yellow rocker-box caps have the clips and earlier "plain capped" Pasos don't
Are clips easy to retrofit?
Thanks
Roger.

Here you go http://www.ducatisuite.com/valves.html
A nice step by step description.

have you checked the workshop manual ?
I had the rocker arms on my Paso changed to the newer type with clips. I got some used rocker arms from a Supersport. The job was done by my dealer but I don`t think it`s so difficult to change them (just be sure that te valve doesn`t drop in when you remove the rocker arm).

I'm pleased to hear it's possible to retrofit rocker arms with clips. When you say yours were from an SS, can you be more specific??
Roger.

Roger, it has been a long time ago.
The parts came from a 750 Supersport (I guess 91-97).
I wouldn`t wonder if the rocker arms were the same on all 2 valve Ducs, at least all 750s (after 1990/91).
The rocker arm axles don`t need to be changed.
