hello there i'm new to this forum, riding a 87 750 Paso I'm from the Netherlands and a bit of a ducati freak. owning a 860 bevelhead racer and a 87 750 paso. ( Also doing a bit of trackriding / racing in supermono class with a cagiva mito based supermono with a suzuki 4 stroke engine in it.) For my work i'm in motorcycle suspension with my own very small shop "bitubo-raceservice.nl" .as i do the raceservice in the Netherlands and Belgium for Italian suspension company "Bitubo Racesuspension". Doing Suspension sales, services, and modification on street and racebikes (My Paso does have the original Marzocchi M1R forks and still the Marzocchi shock (planning on changing that for a bitubo shock this winter..when i have time My paso is mainly used for fun..riding the Belgium "Ardennes" . Bike is not the cleanest and sometimes has had a hard life but the technical condition is fairly okay.. 70.000km on the clock and still running strong! anyway..i like it a lot.. just because it's "different'" . Anyway,,i used to read here sometimes..like to read about Paso's Now i might have a change to be a part of the forum and to talk a bit. |

Hello there, I had a replacement Bitubo shock in the Paso once. It was the cheapest I could find and actually not bad It was a simple one w/o external adjuster. (are there others for the P750?).There were 2 flaws though. At the bottom of the shock there was a small lever to adjust the shock (basically only a screw with a plastic cap on it). That was too long and needed to be shortened as it touched the swingarm linkage. The red paint of the spring also lifted off partly even though the bike was used very little. G. PS: What exhaust is that ? |

Hi! I am VERY COURIOUS, from WHERE is coming that "hakkinen" ???? Is that chain hitting to side of rubber ONLY problem with that rear tire??? What Mezeler it is and is it still available? i couldnt find Metzeler with such dimensions.

WELCOME! Are you using the stock rear shock? I will be adding emulators to my Pasos', I have installed them on my Yamaha Visions, and on my GSX-1100g. They do miracles!!!! |
