I was reading the CV carb swap but it got off topic.....my question is can you use a set of 750 or 900 SS carbs on the Paso? I still have the stock carb on the bike and it runs like shit! I cleaned it once and ran good and now running like crap again. I would like to find a set of Super Sport cards and toss them on there.....any thoughts?

It was born with a weber ,and it can be improved upon but if you really want to "up" carb your motor , font duck about, go for the 39 FCR kit

I just want to get it running decent and would rather put a set of 39's on my 900ss....so sticking with the paso, can I use the CV's from my 1996 900ss on it??

be sure to check the voltage at the coils and CDI units and the wiring mod.

little suggestion from one who has been riding with the weber for the last 28 years.
I already posted this somewhere else in the forum anyway, anyway, may be it can help
Air filter box removed and replaced with a homemade one using a Fiat abarth metallic air filter
fuel screws open by 720° (small adjustment then but it is a good starting point).
Then i connected the 2 holes in both side of carb base together with an alluminium tube, (you can use a fuel hose)
Apart from the advantage of smooth running, you can regulate carb settings only by removing a side fairing.
No need to remove fuel tank.
