She is pretty much complete. These are the best pictures I can get because of the bad weather we have here. |

That is bloody brilliant mate You should be proud of your work. I wish I could see it in the flesh. I was going wrap my 750SS in the same colours but in the same style as an MHR. Cheers Andrew |

A rocking good Sport. Should be a fun ride once you get the carbs and suspension sorted. Certainly can't argue any of the choices you have made on this build. It'll be a great bike to ride to a meet. You'll meet lots of folks discussing the origins, and the changes you made. Few people know what a 1990 Sport is, and they will certainly scratch their heads why they don't recall the bike when it looks that good. Cheers, Phil |

^^^ Thanks for taking the time to peek at and reply to my build thread. I think this should be a fun bike to rip around on this year. |

That is a great looking bike. It's made quite a transformation when comparing the original condition to how it looks now. Kudos! Will you add frame plugs to cover the rear engine bolt, a sprocket cover and mirrors? What about the missing rear fender? The rear wheel can now throw dust and gravel towards the engine. It's less about the engine getting dirty but there's nothing that protects the rear damper rod, the ceramic coating of the header or the chain. The conical silencers are not for me. I specially don't like the pointy tip at the end. Somehow that's the first thing I notice I'm sure they sound nice tho. About the silencers. Since the rear fairing and frame is cut I wonder how it would look if the silencers were in a bit steeper angle. You removed the rear frootpegs and the part of the frame so there is no rear silencer mount. Are they just hanging from the header? If so and being slip-ons with springs I wonder if they will wiggle or move under vibration and when riding. That is quite a long lever. Are the footpegs painted or powdercoated black? One last thing. Why did you have to change the angle of the rear brake master cylinder? I see you added a small metal plate. Again, awesome job G. |
