Hello all, Does anybody out there know where I can find a rear hugger/fender for my 750. Some pictures of it would also be nice. Mine is missing and I really don't have a very clear idea what it looks like. Also, is it interchangeable with any other Ducs. Thanks Nuno ![]() |

The rear hugger for the Sport is very big, and ugly, which is why it is often removed, or trimmed down. you can see some trimmed ones on these pages. The hugger for the Sport fits no other models, nor do any other models fit the Sport. John Hardy in San Diego has a few he is willing to sell off, as we just traded emails this morning about that. I don't know what the hugger for the F1 looked like, and if it will fit, but that would be your best bet after original Sport Parts. I just did a similar search a couple months ago, and found no good substitutes. I asked Ian in Oz, but he didn't have one, nor did Ed Millich. I'm opting to make up something, wish me well. Is the 750 swingarm that much different to the 900. |

Thank you both, for the info. and the pictures. Phil, I see why people remove them now. It is not the greatest looking rear hugger out there. Because my bike is already not very original looking, I think I'm going to try to make a hugger from another Duc. I'm going to start with the one off my 2006 Monster, and see how that goes. Good luck to you buddy. Nuno |

Yeah, it covers up too much stuff. I want to see the swing arm and the caliper, and the wheel. But, I do want to protect the shock absorber from debris. Cheers, Phil |

Just cut up a rear hugger from a newer 750, to fit my 1990 750. I don't think it looks any better then the original. Any opinions? ![]()

Nuno, That's an improvement on what was standard, but still looks a bit on the bulky? (not the right word) side, but heading in right direction for sure, nice neat fitting job. ![]() Cheers Peter |

The Michelin tires on there are 10 years old. The rubber is pretty hard, and they don't inspire any confidence when I push the bike, even just a little bit. My plan is to try a new set of Shinko tires when I sort out all the mechanics. Thanks for the feed back guys ![]() Nuno |
