maybe take it to a shop. They may have a bigger compressor. (Someone will have to hold an open C clamp over the piston to prevent it from shooting out.)

It may work if I can hook compressor to clutch cover directly and a Big c clamp

Yeah never tried anything like that , if I can make the connection work I have a lever so I should be able to give it little bursts and I can probs just lay it on a piece of wood on ground

I used rapidfix to join a safety nozzle from basic airtool kit and a male nitto fitting , I'll try it tomorrow in line with glue guidelines and take safety precautions,Good test of the rapidfix which I have heard rave reviews

The safety nozzle is a reasonable fit to the thread in the case for bleed nipple

Rapidfix has the thumbs down at this stage, i ended up with a bronzed finish nitto female to the banjo with the hole drilled through and the nipple where it should be, looking forward to test it out tomoz, cheers

So much for that , everything held together even the damn cover and slave unit, I guess I gave it about 120 psi for five minutes , may have to try the plan b and try pull it out

Just thought , maybe a little gentle heat to the boss on the inside of the cover and try to tap the whole thing out?starting to annoy me but still don't want to use force and damage stuff (Sorry if annoying you guys as well but this little thing is getting ridiculous)

Is that a bad idea as I don't want to distort cover, any ideas there, thanks

success finally. I probably wouldn't have used heat for the sake of the O-ring but as you'll replace that anyway...
Can you see why the piston was stuck so badly? What`s the condition of the piston and cylinder?
Pictures are always welcome ;)
