I am part way into converting my Sport to Mikuni carbs from an SS, I also have a 2 into 1 Verlicchi Header. Suspension is all fresh and New 16 inch tires (correct sizes) It's a decent bike but too extreme for my elder years.

Should I return to stock for resale, finish the conversion and include the stock parts?

I have owned this Ducati about 14 years and ridden in a Ducati event once about 300 miles but now enjoy ADV riding, What to do?

Thanks, eh

I don't really have a an answer for you but I would like to know where you got the Verlicchi 2 into 1 header. I would love to put a 2 into 1 on my Sport. Can they still be had?.

Cheers
Andrew

The easiest would be to go back to original since the conversion may cost more time and money unless you already have all required parts like throttle cables, airfilters etc. Then you can still decide if you give the Mikunis with the bike (depending on the price you can get) or not.
I'd sell the 2in1 to Andrew ;) No matter which carb you use installing the 2in1 will require a rejetting and that is more time, work and money. Investing that doesn't make much sense if you're about to sell.

Awake after 8 years in storage, Mikuni conversion, Verlicci 2 into 1, rear shock rebuilt, forks serviced, new Michelins....
