Can anyone ID this shock? It has no parts number on it that I can see. There is the remainder of a name on the label ‘Pulsar’ and Valvular system but no brand name i can see. It was supposed to be a Marzocchi but no evidence. 6CEBF5F1-B7AC-43F3-9A20-29B3D839982D.jpeg [ 135.22 KiB | Viewed 6868 times ] |

that above the "Pulsar" is the M, the Marzocchi logo. The spring may have been replaced. Yellow is typical to Ohlins. Here're a few pics of a disassembled Pulsar3 which may be a later model. https://www.leguidevert.com/viewtopic.php?id=307399 |

Thank you. I had been over complicating my searches otherwise I would have found that first time!!! I didn’t recognise the logo. It’s a good find it seems, if it still functions. Will take it to my local suspension guy. |

Sounds like the Marzocchi Pulsar was relatively rare and was used in prefers over the Parioli OEM unit in race bikes, including Tony Rutter’s IOM TT winning machine. https://youtu.be/YL-TkaTbHa0
