reused the brake switch and removed the caliper to hang it high to ease the bleeding hassle..........All fittings are torqued to 18ft-lbs(25Nm) Dot 4 fluid

I wonder why one end isn`t by 90° turned or can you do that ? If both are the same the line has to be warped which is not ideal.

you can turn them any way you like as they are a bolt on part

I too ordered a hose from Venhill. When I get it, I will also post pictures of the my install, but on the Sport page. I like the fact that you can rotate the fittings on the Venhill stuff. I have a box of hoses, but many I can't use because the heads are in the wrong orientation.

I believe the clutch line is the same on the 906 and 907

I guess the clutch line is too long for the 907.
The 906 one has to come to the clutch cover.

Length could be different but the fittings are the same, clutch line was a custom fit now that you mention it :beer: :beer:

Cheapo bleed setup..5 dollar flavor injector of 1 ounce capacity, You could most likely find one for a dollar at your
local dollar store :smoke: Please note Jonboy Slocums coffee can/vacuum cleaner method works just as well.....

Took very little to bleed it completely...3/4 of an ounce of air and two fills on the master and ready to go :thumbup:
Well except my regulator jobs needs to be completed :roll:

For the brake lines there are several options. I went for the two line direct eliminating the equilizer/brake pressure switch. This requires a new option for the brake light switch of which there are two. One is a two line banjo bolt with a pressure switch at the master or the one I most likely will do is to install the Brembo Microswitch on the lever ala the 907ie. I got both of these from Bevel Heaven :truck:

One comment in passing, the banjo bolt supplied with the brakeline kit was about 4mm too long.
In the interest of time I ground it down, I have no doubt Chris would have happily swapped me with the correct bolt if I asked . :thumbup: I also removed the front fender and brace to make the installation at the calipers easier. It's a tight fit otherwise :beer: :beer:

I will also remove the calipers and hang them higher than the master to make bleeding easier :choo:
