occasional mis-fire

Hi folks,I have a 1991 registered 906 that has an occasional mis-fire usually from cold.I have isolated it a little and found that when I gentley move the wires where they join the ecu box under the seat the mis usually stops straight away and never recurs again that day.Any ideas? :umm: i have never had the honour to own a ducati before and find this one a very good performer and a comfortable machine to use.I have put 10 40 fully synthetic oil in and it seems fine,what do you guys recommend,she has only done 13000 miles?

ONLY 15W-50 fully synthetic (like Shell Advance Ultra 4), never 10W-40(too thin).... Gearbox function much better with 15W-50 oil. I use earlier 5W-50 Mobil 1 fully synthetic, but now ONLY 15W-50... Never back to 5W-50....or to 10W-40, what is worst! :evil:

I have learned by testing in my Ducatis....
