In 2005 I was asked to show my 907 in the Ducati display at Vintage Motorcycle days at Mid-Ohio. I felt kind of out of place with all the rare bikes around, but was very surprised at the reception it got. I heard lot of nice comments about it over the weekend but the big surprise was it was one of the bikes included in Classic Bike's coverage of the event - there's a picture of that on this site somewhere... All in all I think the Paso line is getting more respect than it used to. Haven't heard anyone predict it will be the next big thing though. As Ducatis go, the bevel twins seem to be the real up and comers, especially the roundcase bikes. |
