Mitch,

I doubt it. Guys are having problems with 160/70 or 150/80 so I`m sure that size is a no go.

You can still find Michelin M59 160/60 ZR 16 in http://www.nikpneumatici.it/. I think they were manufactured in 2005. Its price is approximately €220 plus the shipment cost. I bought one before the summer and it is running quite well, but I was lucky since the shipment cost from Italy to Spain was only about 20 €...

Nikpneumatici.it says no availability for such a tyre, as someone wrote in another post :-(

You can still find factory rubber in the Michelin M59. But it is very hard. I scoured the internet for months, and finally the local ducati shop felt bad because they couldnt help. They had a list of all the people who had bought paso's new, and one of them owned a motorcycle shop. I bought new rubber from him(last set, sorry), and it cost me 200 a tire with tax, but still...modifying the bike is your only other option, because it sounds like there are a lot of negatives with trying a different tire size, clearance being the biggest. Keep looking though, people have these tires, but they are few and far between
