So here is the damage I did to my switch,lucky for me I have a spare so don't need to repair :thumbup:

just swap out the bad parts
a little careful trimming off the melted plastic should work if you are not so lucky

Just typical for Paso keylock.... too much current and bad connections => adding "main relay" helps to thiskind problems... :smoke:

Yup,have the relays( 5 nice bosch jobbies) just been doing other things. Converting to dual H4's didn't help either. Have a zenon kit sitting around that I have as yet not gotten too.

Especially with 2 headlights it's wise to add extra relays. I would say, that one for low beam, one for high beam and one main relay... plus surely one for coils in 750 Paso... :smoke:
