So here is the damage I did to my switch,lucky for me I have a spare so don't need to repair
just swap out the bad partsa little careful trimming off the melted plastic should work if you are not so lucky

Just typical for Paso keylock.... too much current and bad connections => adding "main relay" helps to thiskind problems...

Yup,have the relays( 5 nice bosch jobbies) just been doing other things. Converting to dual H4's didn't help either. Have a zenon kit sitting around that I have as yet not gotten too. Lot of things to do

Especially with 2 headlights it's wise to add extra relays. I would say, that one for low beam, one for high beam and one main relay... plus surely one for coils in 750 Paso...
