can anyone suggest a reasio why the revs rise on there own to between 2-3000 rpm in netural when stopping |

Mate, Could be a number of things. But I would start by doing the easy (and cheap) things first and seeing if they help..... From the above: Cable/throttle binding - dissassemble the throttle assembly at the RHS grip, clean everything. Slack and remove throttle cables, inspect (replace if sheathing broken or looks rusty). If OK, lubricate and replace. If that doesn't work maybe you really have pissed of the Ducati gods and carb drama awaits..... No dirt is getting into the carbs by any chance (no filter, no airbox, loose lid,?) Cheers, Mick |
