yes a rebuild is probably a better option. the top eye on my duo is cracked so that will need welding up. gues i had better take the plunge and buy the rebuild kit. thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Generally there`s WORKS Performance, HAGON, Bitubo which are the cheapest options. The best is for sure WILBERS (these you can have made as you wish w/ or w/o rebound adjuster, w/ or w/o ride height adjustment etc. etc.). http://www.worksperformance.com/html/home.html http://www.hagon-shocks.co.uk/main1st.htm http://www.bitubo.com/ http://www.wilbers.de/index_en.php I don`t know if WHITE POWER or OEHLINS have something for the Paso, may be worth checking http://www.wpsuspension.com/index.php http://www.ohlins.com/ Normannnnn here`s the repair kit http://cgi.ebay.com/Ducati-PASO-906-Mar ... 2c5383bc87 G. |

Surely Öhlins have "something" for Paso, no matter do U have 750, 906, or 907IE, as same unit fits to all.... But U have to find then one used one from early 750 Paso...Best of all, if thinking spend money / quality and still totally possible to rebuild with just normal costs with new spare parts from Öhlins.... My "vote" goes to Öhlins, as it is really very good product... ![]() |

My original shock still seams to be working very nicely. ![]() I was mainly interested to know how well the aftermarket supports our bikes now that they are 20 years old. After learning about the problems with finding tires to fit stock wheels I'm paying attention to any other areas I need to be concerned about. This forum has been terriffic help! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

are you on 16" wheels and are you sticking with them? i am as they, to me, are part of the 906's appeal and unique character. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

16" wheels look good, but no new Michelin tires for them. Not so bad idea to convert to 17", but surely not so good looking then..... |
