It wasn`t original on a Paso unless someone timetravelled. Your bike came out of the factory in 1989 or 90 and the sticker is for the 90-91 world championship

At the front of the tank by the steering head on my 906 is a sticker that reads " Ducati Campione del monde superbike 1990-1991" I am wondering if anyone could tell me if that is something that the factory, dealer or owner would have put on there. If I repaint next winter I would like to find all the correct decals and wonder if this is one of them. |

after a little thought I realized it would not have been a factory thing unless I can get 1.21 gigawatts and 88mph out of it. but why would someone put that sticker on that bike ? |

I am in the midst of a functional resto right now but when the bike gets put up for the winter next year we will address the shiny bits. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find the stripe and decal set so thanks a ton for the link. for this summer though the bodywork will look like a patchwork quilt when the sun hits it right but at least it will be in the sun. |
