Hi, I thought I would post a few pictures of my 906 I purchased last week. Although I'm at the important finishing off stage of a allazura/pantah project, I have found some time to do a bit of pointless cleaning on the 906 project. As discussed in the announcements section she was neglected in a storage container for over 10 years. I have pressure washed her and given her a quick polish. Service items have arrived from mdinaitalia so I can try to get her running next week. There is however a suspicious oil puddle on the garage floor. Fingers crossed I can upload a few before and after. Keith mm in a sunny SE London Ps I had to reduce the quality of the photos massively to get them to upload. Sorry.

The post clean photos did not upload so I will try again. I have taken the carb off this afternoon. Have a kit from euro carbs so hopefully this should be enough. The petrol pump has been replaced with a non standard electric pump. Ummm? Will see if this works as this was the last thing done to it before it was relegated to the container! If it's not a good mod I will go to the vacuum type monster type discussed elsewhere.

Regarding posting pictures Get yourself a photobucket account up and running hopefully this link will help http://s5.photobucket.com/ You can also set one up on an Android phone very easily with their App https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... roid&hl=en Either copy or download you Photos to the Photobucket site Once on click on your pictures look to the right were it says "Share photo". This is the really simple bit now. Open the thread you are discussing ie this one on the Paso site go to either your header post and click on edit, or use the reply link. Once opened go back to your Photobucket site click on the IMG link ( you will notice it has changed to yellow and briefly says copied) Return to the Paso link and simply right click your mouse and Paste. Automatically resized for the site. Job done. The more I look the more pissed off I am about not bidding ![]() |
