just got my baby back from pro italia. they fixed the thermostat with a 916 assembly. other than that , recent fixes to starter, fuel pump, choke lever assy,etc. bike has 20k mileage, is blk with wht wheels, and runs very strong. vee two crank, aries pistons, chip, staintune pipes, corbin seat (and original). new battery. never been dropped.I'm looking for a local party, as I prefer to go over all details with buyer.I'm firm with a 5000.00 asking price. Also recognize paso parts hard to come by,etc and don't want to wait months between rides to wait for simple parts. was recently quoted 790.00 for a fuel pump. maybe if my wife was neurosurgeon. I can tell you how bike performs vs. others and dont be fooled, heavier than a hayabusa. regardless of power, not a beginner bike. Definately a classic and a head turner. although on this forum, you already know that!

I used a bosch p/n(see below)over 3 1/2 years ago to replace a weber with a broken output connection(hose nipple rotted from sitting six+years).
cost me about 271.00 then but now its 201.99 at rockauto.com(but stated as discontinued)so i posted the "other" fuel pump info i have found(much cheaper repalcements,but require a little more to mount up due to their smaller diameter)if you find a bosch pump, its an exact fit

this info was from 2004(around the same time that i found the bosch pump for 271.99)

Substitute Part:
Bill Z. identified an immersible electric fuel pump that, while not nearly as large as the stock, Bosch unit, will perform satisfactorily. His installation has 100,000 miles on it. Others, including Rick Landi have done the same installation. Rick's bike has 30,000 miles since this replacement as of this writing. I just completed the same project six days ago and now have 600 miles on the bike with no problems.
