Like I said Nigel, I am on the fence as to whether HID is any improvement over H4, don't think the proper setup will fit
BTW I just ordered a kit from eastern beaver So I guess I have made a decision after all to stay with H4
The only issue I have had with H4 is in the rain at night with no-one to follow
I'm getting old and glare is an issue

old sucks only when the body fails, unlike our bikes I can't buy a new updated part!
I can't see anymore without glasses, at night you get the starry effect, hard to see.

Good idea about the beaver kit.
I am still thinking about a dual HID projector , but really need to finish my car thats been on stands for about 5 months now or the handbrake [Oz for wife]will soon be really at me!
I just keep fixing things as I pul more off it. No point going back when you are already there.

PS, enjoyed the oil dscussion, somone on Landsahrk today posted about ZDDP being 'essential' for flat tappet designs, this I think also came from Penrite....
