If someone can prove, that such battery lifetime in Ducati is 12 years, i am ready to buy such battery IMMEDIATELLY, but only, if its price is "good"...

one of the many advantages to the gel battery is that it has a quicker charge rate compared to the lead acid battery and has an eight to twelve year design life and the 5 second cranking power is double that of a similar sized conventional battery. Personally I think they make sense but I'm not out to change the world just passing on a little information :neener: |

You can't have it both ways LOL I can't really prove it unless either you take them at their word or call me in 12 years by then the tree huggers might have us all riding electric bikes!! Anyway another way to look at it is it costs 2 times as much as the sacred Yuasa(really an Exide battery) and lasts 2 times as long so I guess its up to personal choice :confused: |
