The bars are solid aluminium. The previous owner of my bike dropped it and groud away the end of the bar, so can confirm that this is correct. I hope that the info is of help.

Does anyone know if the std. bars on the 907ie are solid or tube? They look solid - with rounded integral ends (non-removable). I am considering fitting a Throttlemeister throttle control - this fits by clamping inside the end of the right bar, and looks just like a bar-end weight. They supply a matching left side fitting (for the price), for a balanced look. Around $130 USD purchase price. Cheers, Brian |
