Hi all, has anyone outthere tried to modify the headlight with a bi-xenon
conversion kit?? It could be an alternative for those who want twin
headlights. A bi- xenon kit only use 35v each so it might work, or what do

I've love to alter my headlight as it produces such a poor beam that I wonder even if it's legal. I purchased my
'92 907ie last summer and have ridden it perhaps 1,000 miles. My concern is whether or not the heat produced by the Xenon bulbs could damage the existing lens. Anybody know?

Brightness is the problem as I spent some time aiming it, but with no improvement.

The lens on the Paso is glass, so it won't melt like some bikes when you accidently leave a cover on them . Bi=Xeon, or HID's are not DOT approved and require space for the transformers that run the arc. Make sure you size a location for it. I run dual halogen's and love the looks and light they provide. My bike has no problem running them on the highway, but I turn one off for stop and go driving. The battery minder says am not discharging the battery when off idle.
