been thru this .I eventually settled for ally screws ( available in lots of colours ) which I ordered from the local bike shop . But its worth spending a bit of time perusing bike shops and checking out what the floor stock has to offer , no , I dont mean help yourself to bits  but sometimes good ideas/inspiration can be helped along by what you may see on others bikes.
Teflon washers can be got as an (97) SS part. I used fibre washers which I "blacked " with a felt tip pen. I also bought an el cheapo battery drill ( with an adjustable clutch ) and a ball end allen key ( cut the right angle bit off ) as there is bugger all you can do to a paso with its clothes on

Hi Biffo,

I'm not sure which size you need.
If you're looking for a kind of 748/916 bolts, I've M3 wellnuts together with stainless steel flanged lens allen bolts. I had to buy 100 of them when I restored a 888SP3 racing bike for a friend.
I live in the Netherlands, but sending to the UK is no problem. ( if the size is right for you)

How many do you need? I've some M6 ones.
otherwise you can try Aprilia. I believe they use stainless steel M6 in their fairings, but they may be pricy.
if you aren't succesfull I can order them in stainless steel in the quantity required at reasoneble prices and send them to you. this will take a few weeks as I'm celebrating my holiday at the moment.

www.bikebolts.com has 907 specific bolts and sets. I have not had any experiance with them but I plan on trying them for my rebuild.

Hi Biffo,

my holiday is over and we survived a fire on the company I work for.
took me several weeks of 70 to 80 hours, 6 days a week.

can you confirm the bolts in the pictures are the ones you need.
if so, I order them next week, of course after a price agreement.

I have seen Phil Denton engineering http://www.phildentonengineering.com/ reviewed with lots of praise in the classic bike magazines.

He will make some if you want, specialises in stainless steel fastners.

I was going to enquire as I could do with a few spares.

I'm not sure the bolts of 888/851 series fit on the Pasos.
The front fairings ones seem more little, the side fairings ones may be the same.
Ciao
