. I have been told ( no personal experiance ) that a noisey 6th gear is often the early sign of wear. Usually starts off as a bit of a grumble ( not unlike a knackered berring ) and progresses to a full on racket as the teeth disintergrate. are there any signs that its been dropped on the l h side, a bent selector fork ( not nessessarily the 6 gear one either ) could cause this too . As the wize one sez ( one of them any how
) a sound file would be great. hope it aint to bad ....... good luck
