This may have been answered before but i will ask... I recently revived my 907 from a slight slumber(battery died about two years ago) and i have 2 other bikes. Anyways i drained the old gas, cleaned everything up and put in a new pc535 battery(and installed the 907customchip that Henrik made me from a file i found on the net years ago) and now i remember just why i will probably never sell this bike it is an absolute blast to ride and i honestly enjoy it more than my 1996 gsxr 1100 i would like to make the exhaust look really nice(previous owner had modified the cans by coring them and skinning them with stainless steel while the header pipes and crossover and the non skinned part of the cans are painted a medium gray my hope is to find some type of slipons in polished/carbon etc but instead of working on this set im looking for a spare header crossover pipe to send off for either jet hot coating/chroming etc will a 750 paso header set fit a 907?? Theres a set on ebay for a 750 i might try to get if they can be made to work so i can keep my original set well the way they are i kno cans are non existant, but im gonna try cause i really want to dress up the pipes i kno in the past it was stated DandD had a small supply of the 907 midpipes which would have allowed one to fit any number of slipon style cans in various materials but that is old info so if anyone knos of current cans that are available(yea i kno haha goodluck) but my bike is oem black and i would really like a polished titanium set on there if anyone has any ideas please shout out!! Wow, that`s an excellent polishing job! What sort of cans are those and do they have any of the fibreglass packing in them or they like staintunes? |

I don`t know Staintunes. These are Shark. They`re actually legal types with glassfibre packing. They are straight through but due to the large diameter they have a stronger damping. G. |

they had a few deep scratches that couldn`t be sanded or polished away but luckily the cans are only stuck and held on the header tubes by two springs each so I just swapped left and right. So now the damage is on the lower inner side ![]() That`s the advantage of this type of aftermarket cans. G. |

If anyone comes across 907 exhaust, let me know ![]() in the mean time my buddy is a mod head who wants me to single can it, maybe i can pick up one of the two 750 exhausts and mod those into a 2into1 that i can mount a modern polished can on, cant hurt to try hehe. especially since the factory pipes seem to clean up really well....... if that works then i can try and restore the original exhaust back to to stock.... thanks doug hunt |

Will pipes from a 900SS or Monster fit the 907?, or even the ST2? Or even newer with the Sport classics? Cheers, Phil |

no, they won`t unless they are modified. The header of the Paso is unique as the exit tubes run parallel under the frame while on all other Duc they run outwards. Hence while seen from above the Paso silencers bend outwards all others have an inwards bend. Paso (shown from the side so you can`t see it very good) 750S G. |

I've got Motad 2:1 headers on my 907. They were originally from a Paso 750 and fit fine. I've got a shortish carbon can on them made locally. The bike runs well with my system with a Baines Racing chip, K+N, and modded airbox. The sound is different to most Dukes due to the shorter can which needs repacking every 1-2 years due to the extra pulses. Ive got a spare set of 2:1 headers(not for sale) if you need a pic. |

Motad is a UK firm but they no longer make pipes for Dukes. I've seen Paso 2:1 on ebay a couple of times. Cheers, Keith. |

YEA, i have seen some conti's occasionally but not at the moment, thinking of picking up a used 750 paso header set and attempting a custom 2 into one setup. thanks anyway doug |

Here's what the motad system looks like anyway. The pipe from the rear cyl. is standard. Access to the drain plug is a bit awkward. |
