Post subject: | Rear Wheel Spacer |
The new tyres have arrived, and the front and back wheels are out from under B1. I read in a post some time back about the spacer that holds the rear wheel away from the swingarm. Is the spacer the one that sits in the rear sprocket carrier, looks sort of conical, or is there another tinny little thing that falls out when you are not looking, and then hides under something, only to be found when you least expect it, usually about 6 months later. I have had a look in the parts list, and it looks like there is only the one, but would rather not find out the hard way. Cheers. Nick.... |

I got the Bridgestone BT023GT's. Still to put the back wheel back in, so haven't taken them for a ride yet. Got the Ducati Right angle valve stems to go with the new tyres too. They don't stick out as far as another set I have. Take it easy. Cheers. Nick. |

This is what happens if you leave the spacer out:- "Chain, sprockets and Swing-arm " have a look at the thread above. Cheers |
