I just finished repainting the 907 as well as poweder coating wheel. Looks great . After re-aasembly I noticed that on a right turn that the left bar(more switch) is touching the front fairing?. On a left turn I have 1/2-1" It seems to be off by 1/2"- any suggestions.

I never noticed it before the re assembly

Try repositioning your switchblocks, either along the bar or up and down.
