that is a very simple plate to make, anyone printing aluminium tags for throphys should be able to help

on Ebay there is a Swiss selling a similar one, you might ask him he might be able to help.

you could try to make a precise drawing including all dimensions and send it with that photo to different companies which make compliance plates.
This is one but I guess they won`t do business with end customers. Still worth asking though. http://www.inscribe.com.au/Aluminum_Engraving.html

Are you sure you didnĀ“t keep the removed compliance plate where you keep the bike's documents ?
