I don`t know but there`s a choice of aftermarket fuel pressure regulators (adjustable or not) you could adapt. According to what was posted on this forum the fuel pressure is 3 bar. (I guess RP7 3,0 is stamped on the housing of the fpr) G. PS: the Weber fuel pressure regulators of the Lancia Integrale is RP7 2,5. The one of the Sierra RS Cosworth is RP7 3,5 so they are not the correct ones. |

Thanks for the replies just a question there is a small pipe routed from the regulator to the the intake what is its purpose, only aftermarket regulators I have seen haven't got this outlet and have only a supply and return. Thanks again re Alistair ![]() |

Oddly, the connection to the manifold isn't used on any later injected Ducatis. It's just left open to the atmosphere. |

what I found: Bosch 0280160202 (It should be verified that the hose connections are the same to be sure this is not a dual outlet or whatever! So this is just a lead to pursue. Connectors are for 8mm fuel lines) reference: OPEL 815502 OPEL 8983638 OPEL 9281047 RENAULT 7700267390 VAUXHALL 8983638 found in: OPEL Ascona 1900 E [A] (USA) 59-62KW/ 80-84PS 1.9l 02.1975 - 08.1975 OPEL Ascona 2.0 E [B] 81KW/ 110PS 2.0l 08.1979 - 08.1981 OPEL Ascona 400 E [B] 103-106KW/ 140-144PS 2.4l 08.1979 - 08.1981 OPEL Kadett 1.9 GT/E Coupe [C] 77KW/ 105PS 1.9l 09.1975 - 07.1977 OPEL Kadett 2.0 E Rallye-Coupe [C] 81KW/ 110PS 2.0l 08.1977 - 07.1979 OPEL Kadett 2.0 GT/E Coupe [C] 85KW/ 115PS 2.0l 08.1977 - 07.1979 OPEL Manta 1.9 E [A] (CDN,USA) 59-62KW/ 80-84PS 1.9l 02.1975 - 08.1975 OPEL Manta 1.9 i [B] 77KW/ 105PS 1.9l 02.1977 - 07.1977 OPEL Manta 1.9 i [B] 77KW/ 105PS 1.9l 09.1975 - 01.1977 OPEL Manta 2.0 i [B] 77-81KW/ 105-110PS 2.0l 12.1981 - 06.1988 OPEL Manta 2.0 i [B] 81KW/ 110PS 2.0l 08.1977 - 08.1981 OPEL Manta GT/E [A] 77KW/ 105PS 1.9l 02.1974 - 08.1975 OPEL Monza 3.0 i [A] (CH,S) 132KW/ 180PS 3.0l 01.1983 - 08.1986 OPEL Monza 3.0 i [A] 115KW/ 156PS 3.0l 09.1985 - 08.1986 OPEL Monza 3.0 i [A] 132KW/ 180PS 3.0l 01.1983 - 08.1986 OPEL Monza 3.0 i [A] 132KW/ 180PS 3.0l 02.1978 - 12.1982 OPEL Omega 3.0 i [A] 115KW/ 156PS 3.0l 03.1987 - 12.1987 OPEL Omega 3.0 i [A] 130KW/ 177PS 3.0l 03.1987 - 12.1989 OPEL Rekord 2.0 i [E] 81KW/ 110PS 2.0l 09.1977 - 08.1981 OPEL Rekord 2.0 i [E] 81KW/ 110PS 2.0l 11.1982 - 10.1984 OPEL Rekord 2.0 i [E] 81KW/ 110PS 2.0l 12.1981 - 10.1982 OPEL Senator 3.0 i [A] (CH,S) 132KW/ 180PS 3.0l 01.1983 - 08.1987 OPEL Senator 3.0 i [A] (ZA) 132KW/ 180PS 3.0l 01.1983 - 08.1987 OPEL Senator 3.0 i [A] (ZA) 132KW/ 180PS 3.0l 02.1978 - 12.1982 OPEL Senator 3.0 i [A] 115KW/ 156PS 3.0l 09.1985 - 08.1987 OPEL Senator 3.0 i [B] 115KW/ 156PS 3.0l 09.1987 - 09.1993 OPEL Senator 3.0 i [B] 130KW/ 177PS 3.0l 01.1988 - 12.1989 RENAULT 25 2.5i Turbo 133KW/ 181PS 2.5l 10.1984 - 05.1990 RENAULT Alpine 2.5i Turbo 147KW/ 200PS 2.5l 03.1985 - 06.1987 ROVER 3500 3.5 VAUXHALL Carlton 3.0 i 115KW/ 156PS 3.0l 03.1987 - 12.1987 VAUXHALL Carlton 3.0 i 130KW/ 177PS 3.0l 03.1987 - 10.1994 VAUXHALL Royale 3.0 i 132KW/ 180PS 3.0l 10.1978 - 12.1982 http://www.bowerspartsonline.co.uk/bosc ... 0280160202

another option may be the fpr of a Volvo 850/S70/V70 which is 3bar as well. This would require the housing, too. I`m sure there are many others that could be used/adapted. Of course the original part is still available but it has its price.

why didn`t anyone point out that the picture in the wsm actually shows the wrong kind of fpr? It shows one with an IN, RETURN and OUT (+ vacuum) hence a fpr that would be positioned before the injectors. I was looking at the parts catalogue of a 900SSie and noticed the fpr was actually behind the injectors hence has only an IN and RETURN (+ vacuum) and that it is the same on the 907ie. It is 3 bar as well. So it would be a suitable option. The fpr sits in a housing (830.1.091.2A - http://www.desmoduck.com/search.php?par ... 0.1.091.2A) other than i.e. on the ST2 where it`s in the whole tank assembly where the fuel pump and filter is. http://www.competitionsystems.co.uk/product.php?id=80 http://www.competitionsystems.co.uk/product.php?id=79 or cheaper http://atspeedracing.co.uk/products/ind ... cts_id=360 The last two posts are still an option I think but one would have to reroute the fuel hoses a bit and block the exit of the second injector so that would only be a last resort solution.

Thanks for all info I haven't had time to do anything with the bike yet, but I also found that the fpr off a sierra rs cosworth from the 1980s looks a fit and there are aftermarket adjustable pressure ones available so i might investigate further, cheers all |
