Hi and thanks for adding me to the group. I've wanted a Paso ever since I saw my first in 1987 or so; about the same time I fell in love with BMW's K1. I've been riding BMWs since 1980 and I finally found a K1 I like (and could afford) last year - it's a black 1991, and now I've put the Ducati in my garage next to it! As you can see, it's a yellow one - I have no way of knowing whether it was one of those painted by dealers early on, or one someone repainted later in life. I got it from a guy who got it from a widow who was clearing out her late husbands bikes. He had a ST4 too - the guy bought both of them and rode the ST4 since the Paso wouldn't start. It appears the fuel pump is bad - and being a long time K-Bike rider, I know all about bad fuel pumps. I've ordered one from Euro MotoElectrics, it should be here tomorrow and I can see if that's the only problem. While I'm comfortable working on BMW's, I don't know a thing about anything else, so I'm going to have to start learning. My first question - where do I order parts online? I'm used to being able to go online and order parts from a fiche, even for my 1972 Slash 5, but apparently it doesn't work that way with my new Italian bike. I need some little stuff, some rubber bumpers and boots - where should I go for those? I've downloaded the parts manual (thanks!), so I'll have the number, but who do I call (or order online with)? Thanks in advance! dj a2b84075-1317-47cf-b6d2-89be7e9c2cac.png [ 39.15 KiB | Viewed 3535 times ] |

Hi, you could try Razee motorcycle center in North Kingstown. (that`s what google says Otherwise there`s i.e. Bevel heaven or Gotham cycles. For used parts check Ducpower (Ed Millich). I`m not in the US so others will know better. |
