Hi Sergio, I think the wiring shorted on the frame, but will check the regulator when I remove the panels?
Is the regulator a weakness to the system?

Guten morgen,

Regulator is the weak link quite often, this is common to many Ducati models by the way. You may have to consider a swap with a mosfet (on ebay available). Sooner or later, the regulator will give up... Which helps me to remind me that i need a spare for that day which will come, eventually

Bought some adjustable foot rest from M&P accessories they were quite expensive but well made ( German)
I have detailed how I fitted them each picture shows the stages of dis and re assembly
You need circlip pliers to release the original footrest pin and need to keep the spring to use on the new assembly

Great looking 907. I miss mine, what a great bike.

I was a Benelli dealer in the 70s- first bike I ever rode was a Benelli and I still have it (1968 Dynamo Trail).
I had a new 750sei, new 250 Phantom (2c) used 200 Sprite, used 650 Tornado. I'd sure like another sei and the 250 was fabulous.
