Anyone know the common causes why the speed/odometer on my 92 907 would stop working? Also having trouble with the trip re-set cable. Thanks Gary |

Assuming you have checked that both ends are screwed in tight? Then check the internal cable tips at both ends (should be square and not split apart)? Drop it out of the sleeve and also oil both as well as checking general condition. Has the peg in the speedo drive on the wheel axle buckled out of sinc' with the slot in the wheel centre? After that it could be internal mechanism of the actual speedo head. |
