New or good secondhand 907IE tank wanted. Paint condition not that important but must be rust-free internally. Thanks. |

If that is indeed a 750/906 tank I don`t understand why it has the 907ie design, specially as it is new and unused. But then maybe it was a late friday afternoon and someone in the factory didn`t pay attention ... Have you tried to send an email to Rudy? |

That is defo' a 907ie tank if you read the description there is some outer cardboard panels sprayed over on the underside that hide the other relevant apertures. That would not fit a 906 or 750 unless you adjusted the Petcock attachment for the fuel supply. sadly even at £260 with the 50% discount it's a whole lotta money for a fuel tank. |

there`s one picture taken through the filler hole. That on the right is the mount for the electric fuel pump. The description confuses me a bit. Maybe there were different 907ie gas tanks. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6864&hilit=inside+tank |

The shot through the fuel cap hole shows a very limited view of the fuel pump mount, and the clips where the degasser sits too. The shot of the bottom of the tank is a bit odd, or I may have missed it. The return line is there, the hole for the NRV is there, but only one breather is there? 95% rule (close enough is good enough!)? A little while back G posted a French bike shop that had various parts. The Web site was http://italbikeshop.fr/ If it comes good, I will have one in Anthracite please.... Hope it helps. Cheers. Nick. |

There is a variation in 907 tanks. I have seen one with a single breather while most have 2. |

Since the tank on my 907 is currently unbolted with the hoses disconnected I had a look at the underside. Unlike the one in on eBay it has 4 hose fittings. From the front they are fuel delivery, fuel return, drain, vent. The one on eBay appears to be missing the drain pipe. This a picture of the underside of my tank. |

I also have a brand new red 907 tank if you need one. Bought it new from Bologna years ago. Unfortunately there is a small dent at one of the front corners due to transportation damage. Cheers, Mark |
