Hi,

I'm in need of a replacement for the chain guard on the swingarm of my 750 sport.

Who has surplus or knows where to get this part? Or any other ideas that may lead to DIY solutions, alternative types, 3D printing and/or machining of this part?

Many thanks in advance!

Cheers Joep

do you really mean the chain guard ? That`s part of the rear fender. Or are you looking for the chain slider on the swingarm?

Chain slider. I'm in need of a chain slider.

Sorry for the confusion and thanks for correcting this.

Bye Joep

Good luck on that one Joep. Hard to find item. I found one for my project bike, and it took me almost 2 years of searching e-bay. I had a machinist make me adapters that press into the cases and fits to a newer swingarm. An easier solution is to get a motor from a newer SS and use the newer swingarm.

Don't forget to search for TT swingarms. They had the same pivot pin arrangements.

Cheers, Phil
