OKAY IT'S GONNA HAPPEN MAIN DETAILS BELOW IN THE FIRST TWO THREADS AND WILL BE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY SO CHECK THEM . ALL DETAILS WILL BE ON THIS THREAD WHICH IS THE ONLY THREAD TO KEEP ALIVE SO DON'T POST ON MY OTHER THREADS AND PLEASE USE THE LINK IN YOUR PROFILE TO ALERT YOU TO ANY NEW THREAD SUBMISSIONS ON HERE. A ONE NIGHT ONE DAY EVENT SATURDAY EVENING FOR A SUNDAY MORNING GATHERING. A WEEKEND IN LATE AUGUST TO EARLY SEPTEMBER TIME t. b. a - SPECIFIC DATE TO BE ADVISED SOON. I WILL BE PUTTING A VENUE UP ON HERE SOON IT WILL MOST LIKELY TO BE IN THE SOUTH MIDLANDS AREA BETWEEN THE M5 AND M40. - SO CENTRAL FOR ALL THOSE THAT SHOWED AN INTEREST. HOWEVER I APPRECIATE THAT ANOTHER VENUE HAS BEEN SUGGESTED BY SOME OF YOU SO I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO GO WITH THE FLOW ..................I REALLY JUST WANT TO GET THIS UP AND RUNNING FIRST, WITH MAYBE A REGULAR VENUE FOR THE YEARS THEREAFTER IF THIS ONE IS IS A SUCCESS AND SUPPORTED. A PUB OR CAMPSITE WITH HOTEL ACCOMODATION NEARBY. IT WILL AN EVENING MEAL IN A PUB ON A BIG TABLE FOR ALL THOSE STAYING OVER THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH A OUR OWN ENTERTAINMENT THEREAFTER. SO LOOKING FOR A PUB WITH SUCH FACILITES/IDEAS. SUNDAY MORNING GATHERING, PHOTO'S, PRIZES THEN A RIDE OUT FOR THOSE WITH BIKES (SADLY NOT MINE). A RETURN TO SAY OUR GOODBYES, EXCHANGE DETAILS IF NESCESSARY AND RIDE HOME SAFELY LATE EVENING SUNDAY. |

Just caught up with things and the thread regarding who / when / why and whatever... Great stuff.  I'll do all I can to be there - the 907 is running well although the ST3 was used for the recent trip to Oulton Park from Cardiff. I have PM'd englishstiv and will supply more details as requested, apologies once again for tardiness the site hasn't had much of my attention lately. Work gets in the way of life sometimes. Rogero |

Hi this is my first post, i would be interested in a meet, i live in Llandudno North Wales and have just been out on my 907 , first time in years, and what an excellent bike. Years ago i fitted american F1 end cans and have never had any problems without any Ecu remap. I also have an 851 , same year, and i find the 907 to be a more sporting riding position and seems to be faster. Last year i spotted a dark grey 906 in Llandudno, it was in fantastic condition, i wonder if any one knows the owner. Regards |

I can believe it, the 907 is an easier bike to ride so could well be faster A to B even if not faster on specific roads. As for the riding position being more sporty, that's difficult !

I gotta agree,but it's the same old argument,4 valve power over 2 valve torque, Fi or carb My 906 outruns the 907 where I spend most of my time riding, but the 907 will beat it top end wise. once you hit anything over 6k on the revmeter the 907 catches and passes the 906. I would think a comparison of the 851 to the 907 would have similar results. As far as riding position,that would depend on personal preference and rider fit more than anything else....jm2c
