This supercharger is NEW. It was purchased for my friend's 2.0L Jetta but she changed her mind and sold the 2.slow and got a GLI before any part of the kit was installed.

Neuspeed's states:

Customers in areas above 3,500 feet elevation will receive a factory-installed 2.6"pulley. CARB approved (smog legal) for all 1993-2002 throttle-by-cable vehicles.

Stock HP is approximately 90-92HP at the front wheels. With the supercharger kit alone, HP jumps to approximately 135HP at 6200 rpm at the front wheels."
