I got the right spocket today, went with a 40 teeth. Put the wheel back on, went to put on the chain and boy is it long. I threw out the old chain not thinking to check it to the new one.( I have owned a few Guzzis and BMWs so whats a chain?) I did a search but could not find anything on how many links the chain has, so anyone know?

sprintex,
my new D.I.D. chain was a 520V, it came in a small box which also said is was 120L. My guess is that this was 120 links. It was a bit long, by about 100mm, so no great problem to shorten it with a link breaker.
Fraser.
