I just wanted to let you all know that I got the oil leak fixed. After trying multiple approaches, it turned out that depressing the rear brake allowed me to remove the nut without needing the special pulley wrench; although I did have to grind down a socket to remove the nut.
When I removed the drive pulley, the seal just fell out!!

With a fresh seal, fit snugly into its spot - the leak is gone. After riding it around a bit, I am sure I finally plugged up all of the oil leaks on the bike...now I just have to watch out for cops, since the smoke screen no longer masks my trail.
I've since moved onto a new project...breaking chains
