Has anyone run ther 907 without a flywheel? I read an article from Nichols stating that the flywheel is not necesary, and can be eliminated in lieu of buying a light flywheel. i've got mine apart now, and have thought about trying this.

You can run very lw fw but the signal to injection must be triggered by something.
So, somekind of fw there must be.

I have a lw fw in mine and really like it, much livelier.

EDIT: Nichols surely meant later models w different ECU & no sensor on flywheel.
