Hi, my oil vapours pipe is leaking at the top where it connects to the plastic box and drips oil onto the exhaust. Is this a major concern or can I fix with silicon?

If you have a lot of oil there, you should check that your breather valve on the engine is working properly. Oil should drain back into the engine. If the hose is cracked, then your silicone my help it, but you need to spend a good amount of time to clean the hose to get all the oil out of the very cracks you are trying to seal. You success rate is not guaranteed. A new hose is a better option, but finding a formed hose like that has its challenges. Your best bet is to take the hose off the bike and take it to a autoparts store that will let you look at their selection of heater hoses. You might find one that has a section that matches and you can squeeze in there.

Cheers,
Phil
