No ?
Really not ?
For me ?
. I had more bone grafts before xmas an am now back to the external frame thing screwed to my femur ( 7 pins )
) and I have only 1 pair of shorts that fit over the frame and Im saving them for town
Back when I was going through my latest recovery I wore an orthotic for my foot. Made my knees hurt as well as my hips
Even with the orthotic I had to do even small elevations by walking up them backwards. Took 2 years to get enough control to walk unaided. Even today I have to watch for small changes in the sidewalk. About 2 months ago I landed on my face and took out a new pair of glasses when I didn't get my toes up high enough to clear a 2 inch(5cm) rise. Took my leg right out from under me. The optometrist had quite a laugh when I pulled up in my tool truck to ask them to put my glasses back together with my face all bunged up.
